These chilli taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are perfect for the spicy food lovers. Hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre they are an irresistible combination of spicy and yet delicate.
Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), chilli powder (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
