Our Philosophy is simple: to bring the very best products from Puglia to your table.
We carefully select a range of traditional Apulian foods and ceramics, all made using high-quality local ingredients by trusted artisans.

 
Our Story:

We’re two individuals united by a deep love for Puglia—its beauty, its flavours, and its rich traditions.
Though we come from different backgrounds—one of us grew up immersed in the culture, the other is discovering its charm with fresh eyes—we both agree: Puglia is a hidden gem waiting to be shared.

After living in the UK for over a decade, we realised how difficult it was to find authentic Apulian food and handmade ceramics. So, we decided to bridge that gap—bringing the extraordinary tastes and crafts of Puglia to those who miss them, and to those curious to explore the region’s unique heritage.


Our Mission:

Our mission is to source traditional Apulian food and ceramics from small and medium-sized producers. We believe in products made with natural ingredients, free from unnecessary additives.

After numerous trips to Puglia, countless hours of research, and many tastings on farms and in bakeries, we’ve curated a selection of products that reflect the region’s quality, tradition, and soul.

 
Simple and Traditional: 

Our suppliers honour time-honoured methods, using local ingredients and minimal machinery. Their work preserves the essence of Puglia:

  • Taralli and pasta are made from local grains such as Senatore Cappelli—an ancient variety of durum wheat, rich in protein and buttery flavour.

  • Extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed the traditional way, using stone mills to preserve its taste and purity.

  • Ceramics are hand-crafted in small batches, with each piece being one of a kind.
