Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (51%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (12.7%), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), wild fennel seeds (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
