Taralli - a traditional and versatile Puglia bakery product that can be used as a snack, as an appetizer or a part of a meal. 

These classic taralli from 'Zio Pasquale' are hand made using olive oil and durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' rich in protein and fibre. 

Ingredients: Type 1 soft Apulian wheat flour (36%), whole durum wheat semolina 'Senatore Cappelli' (27.7%), Apulian white wine (16%)(sulfates), olive oil (9.5%), extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), fresh yeast (0.06%).

Best Taralli on the Italian market

I’m from Italy and I have an obsession with taralli.
I’ve tried so many kind since I was a child and I obviously developed a taste for it.
These once which are hand made are definitely the tastiest I’ve ever had.
It feels like it melts in your mouth and I can tell that only original and fresh product from Puglia have been used.
All the flavours are perfectly combined. You won’t find anything more authentic than these once.
